Following a strategic review Chartwell has relinquished the role of sponsor and distributor for the IFDS Chartwell OEIC. If you are a shareholder in one or more of the investment funds within the OEIC you should already have received notification of this change.
The new sponsor and distributor for the IFDS Chartwell OEIC is TRI Investments Limited with whom Chartwell is working closely to safeguard the interests of existing shareholders.
Operationally, you should not see any change in the short term, and you will be notified by TRI Investments Limited in the event of any future changes.
