The Annuity Centre has a wealth of experience and expertise to put at your disposal. We are totally independent and we work solely for the benefit of our clients. The Annuity Centre will research the whole annuity market to find the most competitive rates available for your chosen circumstances.

The annuity figures we obtain will be based on the information provided by you in the questionnaire.  It is important to note that we are not providing advice and we would be unable to confirm if the annuity is suitable for you in light of your personal objectives, circumstances and attitude to risk.  The information provided will be purely factual and driven by prevailing annuity rates.  It is important that you read all the product literature available before proceeding and that you give consideration to all the options available to you.

The Annuity Centre is able to add further value to your annuity income due to the unique commission re-investment service it offers. This commission fee is paid directly by the Annuity company and is only received if we process your annuity application.

For funds under £50,000 we will receive the full commission payable on the annuity contract in lieu of a fee. For funds over £50,000 we reduce the commission we receive to 0.75% in lieu of a fee and guarantee that we will receive no more than £750. Commission payments on annuity contracts vary between 1% and 2%. By adopting this approach we are not swayed by providers offering large initial commission payments ensuring you receive totally independent information.
